1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Klipzo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all registered creators, visitors, and users of Klipzo.

2. Transparent Credit System (1 Video = 1 Credit)

Klipzo operates on a simple, transparent pay-per-use credit model:

• 1 Video = 1 Credit: Exactly 1 credit is deducted for every video clip successfully generated and saved to your personal library.
• Welcome credits: New accounts receive 10 free credits when they register.
• No Deduction on Failure: If a clipping job fails or cannot extract clips, zero credits will be deducted from your account.
• Transaction Ledger: Every credit addition and deduction is permanently logged in your Credit Transaction History ledger with date, time, clip reference, and remaining balance.
• Prices and refunds: Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refunds policy.

3. Creator Rights & Content Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your media:

• You own all rights, titles, and interests in the source videos you import and the derivative vertical clips generated by the Service.
• You grant Klipzo only the limited, non-exclusive license necessary to process, transcode, reframe, and generate subtitles on your media to deliver the requested clips.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, or fair-use permissions for the media you process through the platform.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree not to use Klipzo to process or distribute:

• Content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks without authorization or fair use.
• Malicious scripts, viruses, or attempts to circumvent API rate limits or automated security protections.

5. YouTube & Social Media Integration

When importing YouTube URLs or exporting clips to social platforms (such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram Reels), you agree to comply with each platform’s respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
